No one answers the phone, i have rang constantly for 3 hours with no reply. What the hell are they doing? | |||||||

Every month our repeat prescription is wrong or delayed, they are constantly blaming Dr's Surgery for not sending and also blaming us for cancelling the repeated prescriptions we had for years. Not picking up phone, mixing my spouses name on my medication, and incomplete prescriptions. Now moving our Pharmacy really had enough. | |||||||

Tried to phone the Pharmacy several times. Waited for ages on each occasion but nobody answers the phone. Very unimpressed!! | |||||||
