I’m not from the area however my gp couldn’t offer me an appointment for another two weeks so I decided to try this pharmacy which was close to where I was working that day. I spoke with the pharmacist and explained my concerns, he was extremely empathetic and really made me feel like my concerns were important and not to be ignored. he recommended several products but told me he had had a lot of his regular customers come back with good feedback about one particular product which I decided to purchase. It worked really well but had it not the pharmacist had encouraged me to come back to seek advice. Even with other customers in store he focused solely on helping me - the lady working with him attended to the other customers in just as caring manner. A very professional pharmacy team that were clearly well trained and full of knowledge.
