I have contacted the pharmacy many times with regard to my father (97) and his medicine. I have only talked to the staff on the phone and have got to know several pharmacists over the years. I normally talk to one of the longest-serving members of staff and she has always gone out of her way to provide friendly professional help. I have had slightly odd requests such as sending a taxi to pick up and deliver my father's medicine (I live in Norfolk). Everything has always gone smoothly.
