Avoid,avoid,avoid,how they can even call this place a pharmacy is way beyond me,the service is shocking with little to no hope of being served before next century,and the pharmacist is just plain rude,when I called to ask if my medication was ready I was asked if I had had a text message,and that if I hadn't then it wasn't ready,this is all well and good,but I put my repeat in 10 days ago and still haven't heard anything,the last time this happen I was told they need 7 working days to make up a prescription,so that means waiting 17 days for medication,after I put in my repeat,I will be going elsewhere and making sure everyone else I know does too,this place should be closed down so a proper pharmacy can go in there.

customer service is shockingly bad. my doctor sent a prescription online and said i should give it half an before collecting.I waited 2 and a half hours and after queuing for 15 mins the patronising girl told me your prescription has been sent to stoke ...and said its because it was sent online...how else would it be sent?...my gp is next door...stoke???...she kept saying its because its online as if that is something unusual...the girl serving me talks down to everyone she served....horrible experience.
