After using this chemist for few years due to the convenience of its location, I have to admit defeat and say I’m never going there again- ever. I have monthly prescriptions for myself and my son. The service is terrible. Every time I go there, it is never straight forward, there is always some sort of problem. The Drugs haven’t arrived, or they can never find them. They have also said, that the prescription from the GP hasn’t been sent, but when I contact the GP they have sent it. I’m inclined to believe the GP practice . I went there once, before I started work, and I was told to wait and and the prescription would be along. After 10 minutes of waiting. I asked if it was going to be much longer and I was told that they didn’t have the drugs in stock. Im not the only one either. When I’ve been waiting in the queue, they have lost or ‘mislaid’ other customers prescriptions… The final straw for me now is that you can ring and ring this pharmacy and the phone cuts out now after about 30 seconds. This has been happening over the last few months. It doesn’t matter when you ring, 9 am, 2 pm or 6 pm it always happens. I spent 15 minutes pressing speed dial before I could actually speak to someone tonight. Sadly, being Short of staff and being busy isn’t a reason, as it’s a poor service every time you go in there.
