I do not respect management who does not take responsibilities for their staff and educating their staff. Also took no responsibilities for an item wrongly sold. I asked a specific question (as it really matters to me) before buying a product and the reply from staff was a definite ok. It was not ok. And when return, the manager bombarded me with medical terms. I would have accepted better if they first use medical terms to answer my question or to tell me it is personal then I can decide if I want to buy it (which I probably won't buy). A responsible manager who genuinely Care about how a customer feel, should acknowledge it was not the right answer, take back the product or do an exchange. Now a customer feels like being cheated of a sell. To make it worst, the product does not have a product seal, should a pharmacy who put emphasis about personal health product, stock a product that has no seal? At least they must highlight to the customer. Learning how they behave, I am suspecting they carry inferior products. The product is not expensive but this feedback is genuinely hoping they discover their thirst for money versus a very unhappy customer. A good pharmacy would have taken back the product, feedback to supplier and return the item, it costs them nothing unless it is their stock and it costs them. Just using the reason that it is a personal health item without acknowledging their fault is bad business ethic. Saying sorry without meaning it added to the bad feeling. At no point, the manager sounded like or look like, she is sorry. On-looker would think that I insisted on buying the product and then went back to return it to them. I bought it purely based on their firm respond to my answer, but they took no responsibilities for their answer.

Been with this pharmacy for years but the last couple of years have been awaful the only reason I have stayed is the switch from them to another chemist. I have a complex drugs mix. Which some are in doset boxes and some one their own plus 2 types of injections. My mental health is not good I can't drive. Delivery is good. With my doset box but if I need anything else and I put the repeat in I don't get until I ring which can be over a week and the doctor says they did days ago. Both me and my partner have been left without our medication or a member of staff has had to drop it off the medication is one you can't miss. It's now got to this week my partner ordered her repeat over a week ago it had been approved a couple of days later. I had to ring yesterday and they said they will have to order it. It didn't come today so phoned to be told they tried but they now can't get it even though they have had a week to order discover they can't get it and phone us explain and contact the doctor for something else. No they are having to do that now and my partner has not had her insulin for 3 days. Could be Thursday Friday before she gets it. Her other tablets she ordered we haven't a clue. I haven't finished I get one of my insulin medication I go to take it only to discover they have issued me a stronger strength double the amount. Hence why we are moving. This used to be a great chemist but it's not open for the people anymore but the money they have got to big I honestly think they can't cope
