This chemist is not helpful in any way shape or form as it stands staff are rude and talk down at you, they do not listen too what's being said too them and have also been known on occasions too dispense the wrong medication e.g there have been times I have picked up my prescriptions and have received someone else's medication that are clearly marked with someone else's name, d.o.b etc on them, before the old staff left last year this was a fantastic little chemist but has since when gone so far downhill I doubt it will ever be great again to be honest.

I am sorry that you have had a negative experience in our pharmacy. Kent Pharmacy which is a part of Medipharmacy take dispensing errors very seriously.
