It is reassuring that a small village like Robertsbridge still has a chemist. However Boots seem to do everything possible to provide a slow dispensing service. Despite most people ordering their prescriptions online through the local surgery and then collecting from Boots, they still insist on "checking" a prescription upon collection - when it has already been checked! Furthermore, why can't they do any checking beforehand and then get the medicines ready for simple collection?
