I arrived at 8am to request a flu jab after I had called the day before to confirm the time the pharmacist would be arriving. Firstly the staff didn't acknowledge I was even stood waiting and carried on with their conversation Finally one person spoke to me and told me the pharmacist would not be in until after lunch. They were very off in their manner almost as if I was putting them out. I then asked at what time specifically as I work and would need to see if I could come back to which the replay was after lunch, you know 12, midday yes I am fully aware of what time midday is!! Generally the level of customer service received from Tesco staff is of a high standard and as a regular shopper at Tesco I normally have a good experience but I would say that the attitude from the pharmacy staff does need to be addressed.

1st Class service from everyone. Nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
