This pharmacy rarely has the items needed, despite ordering in specifically (this has happened on multiple occasions). For one prescription it has taken me 5 physical trips to the pharmacy and 3 phone calls and still not had the full item (or know when likely to get the rest of it). The staff are incredibly rude, lacking very basic customer service skills, the pharmacists are patronising and condescending and snatch things out if your hands before walking away without resolving any issues. I am still no clearer on when I can expect my items. I would avoid if yiu are vulnerable and seek alternatives because yiu will have to visit multiple times which is not easy. Basic customer service skills training is a must here and how to manage patients expectations without being rude and walking away. Totally unacceptable from a medical provider.

Very rude new lady on front counter. Customer service needs to be improved and remembered that you are or maybe dealing with very sick or upset people. Approaching patients with a rude and abrupt manner will have a negative impact on their response to you and may really upset them unnecessarily with whatever they are dealing with already, smile and say please and thank you makes such a difference.
