The staff go out of their way to be helpful & if they don't have an item in stock they will happily suggest ordering it in for you. Also the entrance is street level & wide with double doors although the doors must be opened manually & are fairly heavy to push. The floor space is also generous between shelving & not cramped. They have a good stock of Thornton's chocolate items as well with regular offers on them.
