Waiting for a prescription for heart pills for an elderly relation which are important. They quoted 7-14 days but the surgery said they'd be ready on Saturday. The adjacent Lloyds pharmacy would be open 9-12 noon. Drove down just after 10 am only to find the shop closed. What sort of service is that? wedmore.west@gmail.com |

This chemist isn’t fit for purpose, called my elderly mother a liar , that she was swearing at staff, which is untrue, now have blacklisted her from using the chemist, mum has heart issues and diabetes, and now has to use a different chemist, she would walk to the chemist and they say her prescription hasn’t arrived this would go on for months eventually giving mum her meds, but when new prescription go in it’s the same goose chase again and again, someone needs to investigate this chemist and it’s dodgy staff |
