Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Always used to use this pharmacy. But the last two years have had to wait days for them to stock. Even over a week on some occassion. Always excuses. Computer gone down. Waiting for computer to reboot. Short staffed. No stock. We have been without our heart medication ovet a a weekend having waited 6days for them to get it rdy. ! Pharmacy and assistant has a don care. Not at all sorry attitude. Use other pharmacy for our meds. But have to collect a clients. They do not care or listen. They are obviously not reporting their issues to head office. I definately wouldnt use them again unless they changed the pharmacies aptitude. And management organisation of meds. Any other business that operated like this would be shut down , horrendous queues every time I go there, purely because they dont have people's medication ready and various other issues, utter rubbish | |||||||
