The Pharmacist was extremely rude, constantly spoke over me. I tried to buy some otc for my partner who has used this product for years. The pharmacist insisted that my partner should get a proper diagnosis from his GP which I explained he had! They were totally dismissive in their manner towards me and I thought their attitude was rubbish especially as I'm profoundly deaf and had trouble understanding them at the best of times. They could have handled this a lot better than they did. I actually got what I needed from Tesco's express - £1.20 cheaper so perhaps, despite the pharmacist's brusque manner they did me a favour. I will not be using this pharmacy again and will not be recommending this pharmacy to family and friends.
