There is one member of staff who has a less than polite way of dealing with the public, telling my wife that the larger doses of our daughters epilepsy drugs were too expensive to order and that she should make up the doses with smaller doses as it’s cheaper at the same time making it sound like my daughter doesn’t deserve her medication. This caused stress for both my wife and our daughter. Today I had to take back my own prescription because it had the wrong dosage printed on the sticky label plus there should of been 252 300mg capsules but there was only 200 300mg tablets plus another box with 52 100mg Capsules leaving me 104mg of drugs short. Yes the pharmacy corrected the mistake when I went and explained it to them but the excuse that it was the computer at fault doesn’t wash as a computer only does what you tell it plus the computer didn’t load the wrong sized/ not enough capsules into a box, the computer would probably be more polite than the obnoxious member of staff if given a chance. Our family will now be moving to another pharmacy ASAP!
