We have used this pharmacy for many years and have always found really helpful patient and caring. Will always be ready to give advice when asked in a really informative and professional. Excellent all round.

I have been visiting this pharmacy for a few years and always found everyone working here extremely friendly and helpful. The other day I was going to collect my urgent repeat prescription and got delayed so on arrival at Woodford tube called to check closing time, to be advised that the pharmacy had just closed so I agreed to visit in the morning. Anyway, I walked home and shortly afterwards the lady from pharmacy knocked on my door to deliver my prescription. This underlines what a community pharmacy is all about and so just wanted to recognise this amazing service. Thank you.

everyone goes the extra mile providing professional and compassionate support to my 88 year old mum & myself. After 5pm Friday having received a prescription directly from the doctors mums non routine medication for a severe water infection was located, ordered and delivered within 16 hours.. As mums carer at all times I was kept updated, expectations managed and reassured everything possible was being done. Others may feel that this is their job but it goes beyond being a job, everyone at this chemist cares and treat both mum & I as if we are their only customers. Thank you everyone at the pharmacy, with your support as mums dementia increases I'm confident mums life will remain as safe and enjoyable as is possible. Thank you for the care and time you take.
