1st March 2019 Walked round the pharmacy with my prescription. They didn't have my meds in stock so they gave me a receipt for them and told me to come back another day. Fair enough. I walked back there again a few days later having run out of my meds and they had forgot to order them. Mistakes happen, but a bit irritating and my symptoms are getting worse. Walked back round there again in my lunch break a few days after that, and they had my meds finally, but refused to give them to me as the pharmacist was on his lunch break. He was sitting right next to the lady who told me this at the time. Apparently I should go away and wait another day and then walk down in another lunchbreak as the pharmacists lunch break is more important than mine. According to the lady behind the counter, my lunchtime is my free time so it's my own problem.
