Staff are inconsiderate and rude, they prefer to stand out the back gossiping about holidays and new cars than actually serve customers. On my last visit whilst I was queueing for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, another elderly gentleman quite politely tried to attract the staff's attention as he was having trouble standing for the length of time they were taking and the server informed him that if he continued to be abusive he'd be asked to leave. Just for expecting them to do their actual jobs. On a personal note, of the last 12 months repeat prescriptions they have actual gotten it correct twice. I've had items missing and been given extra items that have not been on my prescription for over 2 years. They really have no clue what they're doing. The only reason I use them is they're attached to the surgery I use.

Disgustingly slow service, workers are gossiping in their potting up area rather than serving public. Sometimes queueing out the doors because of this. Many times my prescription has been prepared incorrectly, ALWAYS CHECK THEM BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE BUILDING. Its sad for people like myself who have to deal with this company as they're unable to travel elsewhere.
