very helpful efficient staff quick service once the doctors got their act together.I have a repeat prescription that as i mentioned once done by the doctor was dispensed quickly. I waited 30minutes for a prescription to be dispensed which was sent to the chemist the previous day 8 people were behind the counter and although the shop was busy I still felt this to be a very long time to wait Original Comment Report... Certainly this is longer than we would wish any patient to wait for their prescription to be dispensed. There have been new additions to the pharmacy team recently and, while we now have a full complement of staff, it does take time for new staff to reach the levels of competence and performance of their more experienced colleagues. Patient safety is our prime concern, rather than the speed of service, however this is not the experience we would like our patients to have at any of our pharmacies. We appreciate your patience and apologise for your delay or inconvenience. | |||||||

I was told 6 items were in my repeat prescription.Upon opening it there were only 5.A lengthy telephone conversation later was told the prescription had been found clipped to the back of another.Bet this means a wait and another visit Original Comment Report... This matter has now been investigated fully by our management team to ensure this will not occur again. The item in question needs to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, and consequently will take a little longer than most prescription items. Along with the Christmas closures and a backlog of prescriptions waiting to be collected, it was not noticed that the item had not been ordered. A note has now been put on your records as a reminder that this item must be ordered as soon as we receive your prescription. If you would like the item in question delivered, please give the branch a ring and as soon as it is received we will deliver it out to you.
