Dropped off my mother's medication on the day she needed her prescription re-fill, just as we were planning to get ready to go out and pick it up.

The service is very average. Shop is very old fashioned. Need to be updated to modern pharmacy. Not surprised that the staff are not keen to spend money on improving the shop.

This will include a significant 6 figure investment to make Alchem Pharmacy more visually appealing, more comfortable and hopefully up to the standards you were expecting on this occasion.
