I have read the other reviews and appreciate that everyone has 'off days' and yes there can be hic-cups (i.e. sometimes the flow of information from the surgery) but, overall in my experience I have found each and every member of staff helpful and friendly and ready to go out of their way to help me. When going through a particularly difficult time the pharmacy staff were amazing, so helpful and supportive and they still are. I much prefer to be greeted by smiling faces and asked how I am doing rather than in a clinical impersonal way. A separate area has always been an option should I need to have a private conversation or injection. I have seen staff go out of their way to help older people and, having a little chat can make all the difference to someone's day. I also happen to know that seeing Dave in the pharmacy makes most people smile! Thank you so much everyone at Tuda Pharmacy.
