They never answer the phone so I have been without medication. I am housebound so unable to go to order and collect it. I think they would prefer the old just to die and leave them in peace. |

I Have been trying 2 phone your pharmacy for 2 weeks now and as with your other reviews you don't answer your phone or some one puts it down as I'm mostly house bound now ì can't get my meds it's disgusting . |

I am fed up trying to phone this pharmacy to get information on my repeat prescription. I always have to actually visit to speak to someone face to face which is not always easy as I have mobility problems. It invariably rings for ages and then someone cuts off the call. Right now I’ve run out of a particular prescription and can’t find out if I can get the repeat ASAP. I’ll try email but I’m not hopeful. Looks like I am genuinely going to be in pain if I can’t speak to someone at the pharmacy. I understand that they try to do their best but they are always too busy and seem to be constantly Overloaded. Original Comment Report... Please accept my apologies that you have been unable to contact the pharmacy. I have spoken with the pharmacy team and they have explained they have had some intermittent issues with the phone lines.
