I am fed up trying to phone this pharmacy to get information on my repeat prescription. I always have to actually visit to speak to someone face to face which is not always easy as I have mobility problems. It invariably rings for ages and then someone cuts off the call. Right now I’ve run out of a particular prescription and can’t find out if I can get the repeat ASAP. I’ll try email but I’m not hopeful. Looks like I am genuinely going to be in pain if I can’t speak to someone at the pharmacy. I understand that they try to do their best but they are always too busy and seem to be constantly Overloaded.
