I have just been in to collect a prescription from Tesco in Huntingdon. The staff behind the counter were friendly and helpful. My prescription had not been sent from the doctors but was ready for collection. It would mean my driving to the surgery on Christmas Eve at 4pm, collecting the prescription and driving back again for it to be fulfilled. The assistant spoke to the pharmacist who suggested I buy one of the items, which I refused to do. I said as the script was ready why couldn't they fulfil the tablets and collect the script after Christmas. I was then told to wait. The pharmacist then proceeded to attend to another customer, I waited, and waited. I explained that as time was getting on I wouldn't have enough time to get to the surgery unless they told me their intentions, which they refused to do. A most unhelpful person I have yet to meet. their customer care skills are non existent. I left the shop a very disgruntled customer and promised to use Lloyds next time.
