I live 250 miles away from my elderly housebound parents. Everyone at Mais is outstanding - they deliver my Mum and Dad’s medications without fail, They are totally reliable and professional. Without their help i don’t know how I would manage my Mum and Dad’s care.

I have used this pharmacy for 32 years sometime under different ownership but note that the staff turnover is very low. i have always found them extremely helpful, sympathetic,knowledgeable, and efficient. They are a wonderful community resource serving several surgeries. I would suggest the previous experience while clearly disappointing, is unusual. I too am very happy to have them on my doorstep.
