I have recently started to have my prescription delivered direct to this pharmacy, from my GP. My prescription was sent on Tuesday 9th January, however, when I went in to collect on Thursday the 11th January it wasn't ready. I could not wait because I had prior arrangements, so I asked if I could come back. I have just been back today Saturday 13th January, to be told that my prescription is still not ready! My previous experience with other pharmacies is that upon receipt of your prescription, it is prepaired and waiting for collection. This service is of poor standard, especially when I need my medication. I understand that the pharmacy is busy but people are busy too, I simply do not have the time to keep coming back! I will be contacting my GP to have my prescription sent elsewhere and will certainly not be using this pharmacy again!
