extremely unprofessional service. I had used this chemist a number of times but will not return after today. The staff were rude to me, pulled faces at me (I wish I was kidding) and told me that I should be grateful for everything that they have ever done for my family because they have bent over backwards on previous occasions, all because someone forgot to give me a receipt on a previous occasion meaning I couldn’t reclaim my prescription fees. Appalling service. Rather than apologising for pulling faces the member of staff apologised that I was mistaken in my belief that she had pulled faces at me.I’m a big believer in supporting local businesses and often go out of my way to use smaller businesses but will not be returning to this chemist.
