Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Always service with a smile. The pharmacist is approachable, professional and always available to answers questions no matter how busy the shop can be. It is a popular chemist, sometimes you do have wait a little while but the excellent service given is well worth it. Original Comment Report... Shocking and not fit for purpose. The staff are just out of the depth. They are not cut out to run a pharmacy. Which is a pretty important place. They are dealing the medication and health of people and all they seem to be good at is dealing out stress. You go in and they do not assist you ideally. They simple have you waiting to long while they walk around talking about anything and everything. Very very very very poor assistance. They can not advise you well and also have got my prescription wrong in the past. I will never set foot in the place again. It just seems to get worst and worst Original Comment Report...
