Dr Sivarkumar is an empathetic doctor who has supported, listened and cared for me during a long period of illness and he sets the bar very high for a GP.

Big shout out to the receptionists at the surgery too for exceeding expectations and going above and beyond at times to help. The lady with the dark short hair Is helpful, caring and will do what she can to look after you. Thanks ladies for the amazing service you’ve afforded me, I’m very thankful.

There’s a northern Irish lady in the Well Pharmacy who’s particularly friendly and a very caring soul. At times when I have been unwell enough to pick my prescriptions up and I’ve sent my mum it’s been nice to hear that the pharmacist has asked how I’m getting on. How nice of her to ask, customer concern/service at its best.
