Rude, unhelpful staff who are unwilling to assist. They do the bare minimum and try to shift responsibility on to the patient. Seldom have the medication in when it is prescribed. Delays in dispensing prescriptions. Used to be an excellent pharmacist but no longer the case when it was privately owned. Yet another example of corporate failure Use Fishlocks ..... much better service.

Not sure what’s happened to the staff at Hirshmans. They used to be very friendly and helpful. Now they ignore you if they can, keep you waiting for no apparent reason and are surly to boot. Take my advice and use Fishlocks across the road where a much warmer welcome awaits.
