I turned up for my flu vaccine having taken the day off work. I pre booked my appointment online weeks in advance and called the pharmacy directly the day before to double check my appointment was confirmed then when I got there a very rude lady at the pharmacist said they didn’t have any flu doses available and had no record of my appointment! Won’t be going back there again!

Awful service. Pharmacy is totally incompetent. Flu vaccine service is utter chaos
