Pharmacy with no pharmacist!?! Told to return in 2 hours as the pharmacist hadn't showed up yet. I know it's Sunday morning but seriously no excuse for that sort of unprofessional behaviour. |

Twice in a row now the staff have said to me on the phone, "I'll (look into the problem and) call you back" and I haven't received any call back - maybe that doesn't sound so bad to you, but when I have taken the time to explain how I am suffering without my medication and I need it asap as it hasn't been delivered on time - trust me it's bad, they clearly couldn't care less. Two months back they just entirely failed to dispense my medication and after taking a full two hours in the surgery practice to sort it out I had hoped it wouldn't happen again. On my previous visit to the GP I popped in to the pharmacy to enquire as to when I was scheduled to receive my next lot of medicines. I was informed "next week", so I said that I thought it was this week as I am low on everything and one item has finished entirely. I requested it sooner but didn't receive it. I then called after the weekend and was given no info, only told "I'll call you back regarding this", NO call back received. I called today and was told "oh we still don't have some items in stock, so I said the same as before, y'know it'd be nice to "get what you DO have at least as I suffer greatly if I miss even one dose". Pharmacy person says, and I quote..."we can't give you some of the items we have to get them all and give it to you in one go"!!! I know this to be rubbish as does anyone who regularly uses a pharmacy in the UK. I have received countless 'items owing' slips over the years, so this person was disrespectfully treating me like an idiot. Can someone get some new staff in? Original Comment Report... |

I went to this pharmacy to have a yellow fever vaccine. The receptionist booked an appointment for me which I was able to change really easily when I could not attend. When I did turn up, the pharmacist made me feel at ease and talked to me in detail about the procedure and any side effects. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the area.
