Poor service from male pharmacist who is arrogant and very loud, he is very patronising in his behaviour. He should be fired.

Went in to get some lateral flow tests (as postman pinched the last ones I ordered). When I enquired about the tests the gentleman said ‘yes’ and reached under the counter but was stopped my the female assistant shouting ‘no, no, we don’t have any’, leaving him looking rather bemused and me without my tests.

Unfortunately my experience of this pharmacy is very poor. I have recently used this pharmacy twice and the waiting time ranged from half an hour to nearly an hour and a half. I had a Private prescription, which caused an administrative issue; which required the pharmacist to ask to speak to my Cardiologist (who fortunately was able to take a call) and then an internal discussion with their manager to clear fulfilling the order. I required a new order of a beta blocker -which they had dispensed previously, which had they checked their records they would have been able to confirm. The stress and delay waiting for my order to be fulfilled was unnecessary. The communication was poor and there seems no reason for the delay in dispensing - when they had a similar prescription order from 2 weeks previously. There is a security guard on the door of the pharmacy, which is a busy store, but whether it is to deter casual thieving or to police disgruntled clients waiting a long time for their medicines - is unclear. Given a choice, this would be a pharmacy I would seek to avoid if possible.
