Took in prescription with about 7 items on it, pharmacist said i would have to pick up half of them the next day. Next day went in, was given half from day before in a bag. I asked where the other items were, staff had to get them off shelves as they had not been bagged up, so another 10 minute delay. This was at 3 pm in afternoon, i think the delivery of medication would of happened no later than 11am. Then it turned out they still hadn't got all my meds, so will have to return for a third time, yes thats three visits, for one prescription. Awful, as i have to make a 1/2 hour bus journey each way.
