Most unhelpful

Customer service bad presently alot of people waiting while four members of staff available in shop doing one man's prescription. All the people waiting all had prescriptions ready to be picked up one staff could have done that while two stood there doing one mans prescription. Waited 20mins for one man's prescription to be processed while six people waited all their prescriptions were ready to be picked up. For my prescriptions I pay which is fine but one item was alot cheaper to buy over counter in previous pharmacy they would always tell you to save you paying prescription price if could be bought over counter. Found really poor service
