On 17th Nov. I went to Day Lewis Rankin in Lower Earley to pick up a repeat prescription. As usual the prescription was incomplete and I was given a slip and asked to return for the outstanding item. On 20th Nov. I returned to be advised that they hadn't got my eye drops in the correct 45 ml bottle therefore couldnt supply. Again I was given a slip and asked to return. A young lady did advise me by phone on the 21st that the correct prescription was now available.. On 24th Nov. I returned yet again there were 3 members of staff (2 female and 1 male) There was a customer already being served when I enetered. She was dealt with,, left the shop and the Chemist/assistant returned behind the pharmacy section without acknowedging me at all. I stood at the counter and waited and waited and waited and still waited. The 3 talked amongst themselves, not once did any of them acknowledge my presence or say anything to me. After many minutes I walked out of the chemist shop and even then no one asked if they could help or serve me I was completely ignored. I think the staff on duty on 24th need some serious training. Their behaviour was the height of rudeness and ignorance. I hope I do not experience the same kind of treatment again. Its not surprising the "Review machine" has been removed from the counter
