In a town with an ageing population boots chemist is dire sometimes closed sometime do not have medication needed come on boots start taking notice and do something to sort this out despicable

I Arrived at Boots chemist Sandwich as I had a text telling ne my prescription waS ready, when I arrived there it was closed with a notice saying ghat the Pharmacist was called somewhere else and had to close, I went to the surgery they told me it would be sent to Eastry Pharmacy, when I arrived there I was told they didn't have it and that it is probably still in system and hasent come through, 2days later I eventually was able to collect from Sandwich Chemist, but there was no apology from the young assistant, VERY POOR SERVICE, I will be using Eastry Chemist in future, as they are much more efficient and helpful
