After many years of using this pharmacy my husband and I have stopped , my husband no longer receives texts messages when his prescription is ready, its never there on time, after querying this the response is that they are no allowed to do it anymore? If this is the case they need to inform their customers in advance. For myself, they never have stock in, they will offer a couple of weeks of medication, with no guarantee of filling the rest, they don't try to order while you are their to see if they can get it in, and don't seem bothered about handing the prescription back for you to get somewhere else.

To whom it may concern, I handed in a perception for Ultibro Breezhaler on Thursday 14th and was given an owing label as it was not in stock. I explained that I needed it for my lungs and they assured me it would be available the following day, unfortunately I was unable to collect it on the Friday 15th and phoned the pharmacy who confirmed that they had in stock and I assured them I would pick it up on Saturday 16th. Today I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription only to be informed that it had not come in, if I said I was cross it would be an understatement. I was then informed it should be here on Monday 18th and I again explained that I needed it for my lungs and was informed that there was nothing could be done. I have used this Tesco pharmacy for just over 2 years and it has slowly gone down hill in a number of ways. First the system that they would text you when prescription was ready started ok and then slowly got to become non-existent with many different excuses Second it is great for staff to brag how many people use the pharmacy, but when you are a customer who is waiting in a queue for 15 to 20 min waiting to hand in your prescription or collect one, only to be told they are short staff every time is not funny. Today I was told that the pharmacist had gone to another branch and the store was waiting for a new one, what bad organisation. I am now going to try and find a more efficient pharmacy who truly believes that they need to service the customer as the customers are the ones who pay the salary indirectly. How sad that a company allows there service to drop in this way and I will be very surprised if anyone even reads this email.
