I came across the last review when searching for phone number to call and thought it was a shame that people only seem to leave reviews when they are not happy. So with this in mind I wanted to share that I have been using Rowlands monthly for years and they have never been anything but friendly and helpful at every step of the way. So well done for an excellent service, certainly 5 stars from me. Original Comment Report... Twice in the very recent past this pharmacy has left items out of my regular prescription ,which I have delivered . On one occasion the missing item was a heart medicine , which has to be taken regularly ,and I was left without this medicine !

Everytime I've visited this pharmacy I've always had the best service, the girls and the pharmacist have always been so helpful, and always with a smile. Reviews are not always about the negatives, so I'd like to share my experience, everytime I've been here has always been A*. Even if they haven't got the specific item in stocks, they always order in by next day and I receive a message which is very handy. Would also like to give to gratitude to always being open during the pandemic, I've been in store and heard the abuse some staff have received and its just not fair. Doctors surgeries do not tolerate verbal abuse so why should pharmacy staff (even when the doctors was not there for us and had their doors shut). So a MASSIVE THANKYOU for all that you do. | |||||||
