Both me and my partner visited it yesterday and, as costumary, problems where found with both of our prescriptions. Each step of the way a 10 min check was needed to verify information in the system. The staff was very uncaring of our needs. We had prearranged an early dispensation of medication to cover our holiday, but nothing was done! My own prescription was nowhere to be found etc... and it would be ok, we are used to inefficiency. The difference is that we called in advance and were told that the prescriptions were ready for pickup! An absolute lie! This all resulted in both me and my partner making a scene, but the staff just ignored us. Result: no prescription for my partner, and mine was given as a favour. I will never step foot in this pharmacy ever again. Why three year of misery? Because it's not the first time, the inefficiency of the staff at this pharmacy it's a Heath hazard by itself.
