I have been coming to this pharmacy for all of my prescriptions for months now and as it is coming to the end of the year I feel as though I should review! It was originally due to a very helpful member of staff setting it up for me so that I would not have to put in for any repeat prescriptions, they can be delivered directly to the pharmacy for me to pick up, this has saved me so much time and energy, and I am very grateful for that! The staff are always really friendly and helpful and will always do as much as they possibly can to help you and I have really noticed this! One member of staff has particularly been a great help to me this year, always very explanatory and happy to help in any way they can, so thank you! I also love that this pharmacy is late night, so I can pick up my items in the evening after work, it is very convenient! Thank you Branksome Pharmacy!

I just wanted to praise the pharmacy staff at Tesco Branksome. I regularly use it for repeat prescriptions and other things, and always, whoever is on at the time, am greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Nothing is too much bother for them, they are well informed, and always helpful. In a world where it’s so easy to criticise, I thought some well deserved praise was the least I could give them.
