Terrible sevice now, having to wait at leasr 4 days to pick up your prescription, not everyone can drive, so a return visit is necessary, to be told, all your medicine is not there, over the years rowlands pharmacy has gone from bad to worse, time for a change definitely | |||||||

This is my regular pharmacy and they are always very friendly and helpful. A female pharmacist even chased me down the street to give me something that was meant to come with my medication and didn’t. She obviously quickly searched elsewhere just to help me out. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes but that’s nothing! Highly recommend, very professional and friendly. Original Comment Report... Having spoke to the pharmacist twice now I can say I will no longer be using this pharmacy and will travel to the next nearest pharmacy to collect prescriptions. On first meeting I found the pharmacist to be rude and the way he spoke to me made me feel embarrassed in a shop full of people. On the second conversation when pointing out I had only been prescribed half of my prescription his answer was "not my problem you will have to pay for a second prescription to get the other half and I wont refund you the first half as you left the pharmacy door with the bag". I walked outside the door whilst checking my prescription noticed half was missing and walked back in.
I think some customer service courses wouldn't go a miss Original Comment Report...
