Dreadful services with some awful women that is only there just to serve...but feel she is qualified to tell you that you do not know if a certain brand of tablets can make you feel ill...you are just being picky... too old need to retire

No matter what day or time you try to pick up a prescription there is always a long queue. On average I am able to collect prescriptions the first time on only a third of the occasions. Typical excuses are they don’t have it in stock, or they haven’t received it from the surgery. They don’t seem to have any system for filing the prescriptions and spend at least 5 minutes hunting for each one. No wonder there is always such a long queue. I had the audacity to complain when on my third attempt to collect a prescription, I was told to come back in 30 minutes because they were so busy, having already waited 20 minutes in the queue. The on duty pharmacist told me in a rude condescending manner that she had staff off sick with and was I aware that there we were still removing from a pandemic! At the time, in addition to her, there were three other staff in the pharmacy, who seemed to spend most of their time chatting. Use a different pharmacy, unless you have a lot of time to was.

Wow. This place is appallingly bad. My wife and I have just moved to the area and this is the closest Pharmacy to our new house (unfortunately). Waiting times are truly shocking and staff don't seem to care. We have decided that the level of service received here is just not worth the time, effort and money so have made a pact with ourselves to walk an extra 10 minutes down the road to another pharmacy in the town centre. It would actually be a lot quicker. Some of the staff are pleasant enough but other members are quite unfriendly, argumentative, and incredibly petty. I just hope all pharmacies in Leominster are not as bad as this one.
