went to collect a prescription which I had checked with Dr surgury was told by Dr receptionist on 8.5.18 that when the Dr finishes surgery at 11am he will be signing prescription and they will be sent over. went over no prescription showing up then went again at 7.30pm telling me that prescription was still not there I repeated what the receptionist at Dr had told me the assistant your store said no they would not have said that to you. if fact calling me a lair in front of other customer very rude and not professional. I telephoned the Dr surgery to confirm what they had said to me which I knew to be true that it had if fact been sent over of the 8.5.18 perhaps this branch of David Lewis needs to get staff that know what they are doing and treat customer with respect something that is very lacking in this shop.
