Iv been with this chemist over 20 yrs put up with a lot of changes over the past two yrs had to go and pick up my medication myself as they always have excuses as to why it's not delivered on time haveing to phone consistanley my medication is made up as a special and can not use it after the due date had to have no medication and even though explained this to staff it still keeps happening you can put a pleasent face at front desk but if they can't get it right then it's of no use I would not recommend this chemist and tired of the excuses Original Comment Report... | |||||||

A very busy & popular pharmacy with very friendly & helpful staff. However, serious errors have occurred to me here (dispensed wrong emergency injection) & dispensed a 500ml bottle of prescription cream that had less than a 6wk expiry date.
Have twice had to wait 7-10 days for repeat medication to be delivered, which led me to run out of medication. All these issues raised with Pharmacist during a recent medication review.
Please check your pharmacy bag before you leave the shop as mistakes cannot be altered even if you've just gone into GP area. Original Comment Report... | |||||||
