Very unhelpful staff . Rude and patronising . I went to collect my prescription and was met by the most unfriendly member of staff , she moaned about having to go through all the boxes to find my prescription as I had not collected it on time ! I was in ear shot when she then went on to moan to another member of staff about me . Very unprofessional. The member of staff could not find my prescription . This has happened on a couple of occasions now and when I put in for a new prescription I end up getting the one they couldn’t find before ! I will not be using this pharmacy again and have made a formal complaint to head office.

I went to collect a packet of Champix to help me quit smoking. As I was in a rush, I didnt check the content I was given until later when I got home, and then realized there were 7 tablets missing from the box. I called the pharmacy straight away, and was told that it was impossible for tablets to be missing as they had checked the seal on the packaging that morning. The pharmacist was rude and condescending, and refused to accept that there could have been a mistake on their part. If this pharmacy wasn't located in the same building as my GP there is no way I'd ever consider using them again. Absolutely appaling!
