I have always regarded whistlers very highly, they always delivered and gave excelent service. they phoned me as normal 10 days ago asking what i wanted, i therefore assumed i would get them within next few days as always did. on 2nd dec my hubby nipped in as we hadn't received them, and he had run out of 1 of his. they had a little moan at him saying not due to be delivered till the 7th, but they gave them him, knowing that my metformin would run out before the 7th, he asked if he could take my meds too, they said no. i have just phoned as i run out today, was told they dont deliver on saturday, and my tabs not due till monday, they said i was to get someone to fetch them. thats easy to say, we in flats we say hi to everyone but keep ourselves to ourselves. i can't fetch them cos im not too well, hubby can't fetch them cos his mobility scooter not charged, so looks like i got to go tomorrow without them. i still dont understand why they refused to let my hubby take mine. very dissapointed and next time we go in we will be making a complaint
