Having moved to this area recently I have found staff in most shops and services to seem quite rude, unresponsive and bored with their jobs;... but at swan valley pharmacy I found true positive customer service. The lady I dealt with was friendly, informative,very helpful and genuinely happy in her job.. she made me feel relaxed and calm ( having recently had a heart attack this was much appreciated).. she explained thing fully and clearly and gave me peace of mind.. I’ve never written a review good or bad before but felt this level of customer care and service deserves a special mention so well done and also the other staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces as well.. well done to all of you..
