I wanted to take the time to say a big Thank You for the excellent service I received when I went into Lindleys Chemist on Easter Sunday. In a lot of pain I was quickly diagnosed by the pharmacist and advised I would need a prescription. With the teams fantastic knowledge of services available in Bedford, on that day, they were able to direct me to a doctors surgery that was open. When I returned to Lindleys Chemist and whilst waiting for my prescription to be dispensed, the care shown by the team towards everyone walking through the door that day was excellent. Friendly, caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, a brilliant service. I really appreciate you giving up your Easter Sunday to assist me (and those who needed your services) on that day. Thank you. My mother who is 90 has been a customer for 40 years plus. She now suffers with Alzheimer's and has mobility issues and I care for her. The staff always ask after her and will always promptly do repeats and liase with GP if any issues. They deliver as this helps me out and always check out new meds and if I am clear on instructions.
