I will never use this pharmacy again. If I could score a minus I would, but unfortunately this option is not available. I had the foresight to contact the pharmacy in advance of my visit but this was a total waste of time. I have to collect some items from the pharmacy which are of a delicate nature, so I thought ringing them in advance they would be even more discreet, oh was I wrong. I asked if the items could be placed in sealed boxes, but when I arrived the pharmacist brought them out in boxes that were open and the contents in full display, my husband and I asked for a bin liner something which wasn't as clearly visible to which we were told they might have one in store. Because the items were on clear display we asked for some bags to place them in, so that we would then be able to close the lids of the boxes, the bags were we given were wafer thin and didn't disguise the objects in the slightest. The service we received was disgusting there was no effort made to make the contents more discreetly packaged, if anything it wouldn't have been any better if we had or hadn't called, no regard was made to hide our embarrassment and no apology made for the clear disregard we were given.- All I can say is avoid this pharmacy like the plague unless you are after cough medicine or something of that nature. I will never use them again and I will ensure family and friends never do. The service we received was diabolical.... AVOID
