I don't usually write reviews but this time I had to. I was going to pick up an order from this boots so it would take a couple of minutes to deal with me. I arrived as they were dealing with one customer with three staff in site. I tried to get in but it was locked and the staff ignored me. When the customer finished about 2 minutes later I was told that it was closed. I said I only needed to pick up an order waiting for me and I asked politely and in a humble manner. They closed the door without any discussion. Now I am completely aware that people should be finished with their work on time but I also believe in human kindness and reasonable adjustment. I would have only taken them a couple of minutes, we all stay when needed few minutes longer at work. I am in utter disbelief that they blew me off entirely with no consideration. One of them could have served me whilst the other two dealt with the customer already there. I just had leave this review as I never experienced such disregard and pure rudeness.
